Illinois Driving Permits
In order to get a drivers permit in Illinois, you must be enrolled in a driver's training program where you will take a Behind the Wheel Training Course. Other than that, getting a drivers permit in Idaho is relatively easy. However, Idaho implements a Graduated License Program and they are:
- Driver Training Permit
- A Full License
Requirements for a Driver's Training Permit
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Certified copy of your Birth Certificate
- Valid Social Security Card
- Photo Identification
- Proof of School Enrollment
- Parental / Guardian Consent and Signature
- Cash Payment for fees and tests
- Must be enrolled in a Drivers Training Program / Drivers ED
Restrictions:
- Valid only after initial behind the wheel training with an instructor
- Must drive with a licensed adult 21 years or older
- Cannot drive after 11 PM on weeknights and Midnight on Weekends (no exceptions)
Requirements for a Full License
- Must have completed 50 hours of Supervised Driving (10 of which are at night)
- Must have obeyed all road rules and not have had their permit suspended
- Complete and pass a Written, vision, and road skills test.
- Certified copy of your birth Certificate
- Valid Social Security Card
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Photo identification
- Proof of School Enrollment
- Parental / Guardian consent and signature
- Must have had their Instructional Permit for at least 9 months
Restrictions
- Cannot drive after 11 PM on weeknights and Midnight on weekends (No exceptions)
